They all are being served by the zealous missionary priests in the mother church and in the outstation named St. Veronica, Buyuni which is being raised on to the status of a Parish Elected or Pro parish. The increase in the number of faithful inculcates to the construction of a new church building and that is being done with the vision of First Basilica in Tanzania.

Both the priests are ever ready to serve the community and they are being guided with the devotion to the eucharistic Lord in a special way. Along with the regular mass in the church, the priests support the outstation with Sunday mass. They also guide around 11 pious associations like Devotees of Sacred heart of Jesus, Associations for mothers, fathers, old aged people, youth, children, catechists, etc. Remarkably this is the first parish in the diocese of Dodoma which successfully began the catechism of children according to their age.

During a Thursday Adoration Service

The Thursday Eucharistic adoration and prayer service hold a distinctive place in Kizota parish. Faithful individuals from various parts of Dodoma actively participate, encountering the living presence of Jesus in the Holy Mass during the Thursday Prayer service, which includes the Holy Eucharist and Eucharistic Adoration with a procession. The Sisters of the Franciscan Clarist Congregation (FCC) play a vital role, assisting the priests in their ministries and fulfilling the needs of the faithful.

CHAMA CHA MARAFIKI WA EKARISTI (Association of the friends of the Eucharist): This is an initiative by MCBS Fathers with the support of the Bishop in the Archdiocese of Dodoma to enhance devotion to the Eucharistic Lord. This is a pious association of the Lay faithful in the Archdiocese of Dodoma who live a life that is very close to the Eucharistic Lord and helping people to grow in faith and devotion in the Holy Eucharist. They are being taught, guided and trained to have deep relation to the Holy Eucharist by MCBS Fathers and they support priests in their own parishes and in the diocese of Dodoma in services like distributing Holy Qurbana for the sick, to giving awareness to the people and help them in receiving the Sacraments, especially Holy Mass Anointing of the Sick and Confession.
